Our
special program "Marvelous Ecuador" highlights
the amazing variety found in Ecuador's Andes and the
Coast, with visits to typical markets, cultural exchanges
with native highland natives, a panoramic trek beneath
snow-capped volcanoes and superb bird and wildlife viewing
in the low elevation rain forest.

| DAY
01 |
We
start this program with a panoramic city tour in Quito
visiting the modern and the colonial areas of the Capital.
Then we climb the "Panecillo" a little hill
located in the middle of the city to have a beautiful
panoramic view of the city. Then we drive to the MIDDLE
OF THE WORLD to visit the Monument and the Museum. After
this visit we will go to a native restaurant for a typical
Ecuadorian lunch. Return to Quito. Overnight.

02 |
Breakfast.- Early morning we head towards the South
to visit the Cotopaxi National Park. Then a visit to
Latacunga city, Ambato, before arrival in Riobamba in
the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in a first
class hotel in Riobamba. (B-L-D)

03 |
Breakfast.- Very early in the morning we go to the Riobamba
train station in order to start with our fascinating
train ride to Guamote - Alausi - Devil's Nose - Alausi.
Box Lunch and continue to Cuenca. Dinner and overnight.

04 |
Breakfast.- In the morning we will visit the Cajas National
Park for a short hike. Lunch PM.- City tour of this
beautiful colonial city. Dinner and overnight. (B-L-D)

05 |
Breakfast.- On the way to Guayaquil we will cross the
Andes and visit a variety of small villages such as
Chordeleg and Gualaceo. Arrival in Guayaquil, Ecuador's
largest city in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight
at a tourist class hotel. (B-L-D)

06 |
Breakfast.- A pleasant trip along the Ecuadorian Coast
from Guayaquil to Manta on the "Route of the Sun".
Arrival in Manta late afternoon. Dinner and overnight
at a first class hotel. (B-L-D)

07 |
Breakfast.- and lunch will be reserved in Manta so passengers
can enjoy a complete morning at the beaches of Manta
and take a rest. After lunch we will drive to Santo
Domingo de Los Colorados, Dinner and overnight at a
first class hotel in Santo Domingo.

08 |
Breakfast.- in the morning we'll start climbing the
Andes and by pass Quito, we continue to the northern
part of the country, directly to Ibarra, visiting Otavalo
and other villages on the way. Dinner and overnight
at first class hotel. (B-L-D)

09 |
Breakfast.- A relaxing day with short distances to cover
and the opportunity to visit the Cuicocha crater lake,
Cotacachi village, San Antonio de Ibarra. Lunch. Back
to Quito for farewell dinner and overnight. (B-L-D)

10 |
Breakfast.- Assistance and transportation from the hotel
to the airport for international flight, or extension
program. (B)

You could add $45 per person and do white water rafting
in Santo Domingo de los Colorados, if there are minimum
5 persons for the rafting.
